1. Parties and Scope

3. Membership and Account Security

To benefit from the services on Our Website, you must fill in the required information completely and accurately. Individuals under 18 years of age cannot use the offered services; a user who approves this text is deemed to have committed to being over 18 years of age.

The security, storage, and protection of your username, password, and similar credentials used to access the system from third-party access is entirely your responsibility. D-Option bears no liability for damages arising from negligence or fault in this regard.

D-Option reserves the right to reject an application without providing any reason as a result of the evaluation during the membership process.

4. User Rights and Obligations

Users are obligated to fulfill the duties and obligations they have assumed within the scope of the service completely, on time, and in full. They should take care to share service requests completely, accurately, and in a manner that facilitates service delivery.

Users are obligated to pay the service fee on time. In the event of non-payment or partial payment, D-Option reserves the right to suspend the account, cancel it, and resort to legal action. In the event of legal proceedings, commercial interest, attorney fees, and other costs will also be claimed.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, design, brand, logo, visuals, texts, and all other elements of Our Website are within the intellectual property scope of D-Option. These elements may not be reproduced, copied, transferred, published, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from D-Option.

Users are responsible for the legal compliance of content uploaded or transmitted to the platform.

6. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data transmitted to D-Option through Our Website is processed within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation. 9. Prohibition of Assignment

Without D-Option's written consent, you may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement partially or fully to any third party; you may not open your membership for use by other persons.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are subject to Turkish law and are interpreted and applied in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Turkey. The place of resolution for disputes arising from the interpretation and application of these Terms of Service is the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.

11. General Provisions

These Terms of Service constitute a whole together with their annexes, and the invalidity of any section does not affect the validity of other sections. D-Option reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms of Service without prior notice, except for legal exceptions. Changes are announced by updating the effective date at the top of the page.

Every user who accesses and/or becomes a member of Our Website is deemed to have accepted being indefinitely bound by the provisions of this Agreement.
